Support

We answer every email ourselves: usually within one working day, always within five.

Write to us

support@hyperactives.com

Signed in, you can also write to us from Help & support: in Settings in the app, or in the menu on the website.

If it is about a trip, say which one and what you expected to see. If the app did something odd, the app version from Settings and the kind of phone help us find it. Please do not send passport details or booking documents unless we ask.

Questions we are asked

Is it out yet?

Not yet. HyperActives is being built for iPhone and Android and will arrive in both stores together. If you would like to try it before then, write to us and say which phone you have.

What does it cost?

Nothing while it is being tested. If that changes, the app will say so before anything is charged.

What does tracking a flight do?

Nothing is tracked until you tap Track this flight on a flight's screen. After that the app keeps that flight's times, gate, terminal and baggage belt up to date and lists each change. Stop tracking from the same screen whenever you like.

Where does the flight information come from?

From flight data providers and the airlines. It can be late or wrong, so check with the airline before you act on a time.

How do I get my trips into my calendar?

In Settings, open Calendar and link all bookings, business only or personal only. You get one private link that Apple, Google or Outlook Calendar subscribes to. The link asks calendars to read it again every hour: Apple does, Google often takes 12 to 24 hours, so a change in the app shows after the next refresh.

How does forwarding work?

Turn forwarding on in the Inbox and you get a private address. Forward a booking confirmation to it, from any of your mailboxes, and the booking is filed into the trip it belongs to; if it changed or looks like a double booking, the app asks. Keep the address to yourself: you can get a new one, or turn forwarding off, at any time.

Who reads the email I forward?

An AI model, Claude, made by Anthropic, reads each email to pull out the booking: the reference, the dates, the places. Anthropic may hold the text for up to 30 days under their API terms and does not train on it. We keep the booking, the sender's domain and the subject line. The email itself is kept only if we could not file it, for up to 3 days, so you can ask us to read it again; then it is deleted. We never keep the sender's address or any attachment.

Can I get my costs out?

Yes. A trip's Costs screen has Export CSV: one row per receipt, for whoever does your accounts. Totals are kept in each currency as paid; nothing is converted.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings, then Account, then Delete my account. Everything goes at once. The steps are on one page.

Do you track me?

No. No outside analytics, no advertising, no location. We count which features are used, on our own servers, and you can turn that off. The privacy policy is short and says exactly what we keep.
