Delete your HyperActives account

You can delete your account and everything in it yourself, at any time, in the app. HyperActives is operated by The Burrowbridge Group, LLC.

In the app

  1. Open Settings, the last tab.
  2. Open Account.
  3. Choose “Delete my account…” at the foot of the page, type DELETE to confirm, and press “Permanently delete my account”. If you signed in more than 15 minutes ago, we email you a code first to confirm it’s you.

What is deleted

Your email address, every device record, every trip, stop and booking, and the change history: all of it, at once, from our live database. Nothing is kept back, and there is no waiting period. If our team deleted the account at your request, we keep a note that it was done, with no address or content. The app signs itself out on every device.

If you no longer have the app

Write to support@hyperactives.com from the email address of the account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm by replying to that address, then delete it, within a few days.
